Job Description

• Coordinate and assign tasks to mechanics and operators
• Monitor repair, overhaul, and fabrication work
• Conduct employee evaluations and enhance manpower qualifications
• Supervise work processes and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Plan and conduct training and certification for mechanics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Heavy equipment engineering
• Willing to be placed across Indonesia
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Possess knowledge of preventive maintenance and mechanical operations & heavy equipment repair
• Exhibit leadership and teamwork abilities
